At ‘YUVA PRERNA’ Event, Pioneering Social Activist Inspires Youth
Unless the very core freedom of expression is suppressed, there will always be social activists working to address these issues in a world where the realm of activism knows no bounds and a wide variety of causes are championed on a national and international scale by committed activists from every corner of the globe.
New Delhi : Pursuing social activism means working to alter established structures, habits, and social mores. As a group, social activists work for a better world by advocating for systemic change at the governmental, institutional, and individual levels. These committed people fight for a wide range of ideals, from racial equality and gender equality to immigration reform and human rights for the LGBTQ+ community and religious freedom for everyone. Furthermore, activism comes in many forms, including eco-activism and hacktivism (the latter referring to computer-based activism).
Unless the very core freedom of expression is suppressed, there will always be social activists working to address these issues in a world where the realm of activism knows no bounds and a wide variety of causes are championed on a national and international scale by committed activists from every corner of the globe. The wide variety of causes—from supporting indigenous peoples to ending global poverty to protecting the environment to promoting international peace—highlights the seriousness of the problems we confront today. In response to any worthy cause, there are protests and charity events to generate money for its further development.
Many activists working for social good have become well known and respected on a national and even global scale for their tireless efforts to bring about positive change. Renu Kadyan is one such well-known individual; she is the Director of PR and Communications for the prestigious Sattvik Council of India, which is committed to maintaining ancient Indian practises and culture. Renu’s tireless dedication as President of the Bhagat Foundation has resulted in significant social achievements, and she has been honoured for her efforts.
Renu, as CEO of the Bhagat Foundation, is at the helm of a wide range of life-changing initiatives, many of which aim to tackle pressing societal problems and give voice to the voiceless. The New Delhi-based organisation was set up in 2007 to focus on many different issues, such as cybercrime prevention and mental health promotion, youth sports and fitness, environmental protection, and women’s health and hygiene. Renu Kadyan’s relentless commitment to making a difference has won her the label of “Younger and Beautiful Social Activist,” and she has inspired many others to join her in working towards a more accepting and empathetic world.
Renu’s leadership and vision were recently highlighted at the “YUVA PRERNA” event hosted by the Bhagat Foundation at India’s Constitution Club. The event was planned for the centenary of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Ji’s birth to honour his heroic efforts for India’s independence and encourage the next generation to carry on his legacy. Deependra Hooda, a member of Congress in the upper house of Indian parliament, Olympic gold medalist Vijendra Singh, a boxer from India, and Priyanka Singh, national secretary of the All India Mahila Congress, were among the famous guests in attendance. With Renu’s help, they honoured Bhagat Singh’s memory and inspired the next generation to follow in his footsteps towards a more peaceful and prosperous world.
During her speech, Renu Kadyan expressed her unrelenting dedication to engaging more young people in the next year. The organisation has set out intentions to actively organise and participate in activities that connect with its objective, encouraging the natural incorporation of Bhagat Singh’s valued principles into the lives of today’s youth.
Renu’s impressive leadership extends beyond her role as President of the Bhagat Foundation; she is also a Trustee of India’s highly regarded Sattvik Council. As such, she is involved in efforts to preserve traditional knowledge and improve people’s overall health and happiness. Her tireless efforts to protect India’s history have been crucial in sustaining the country’s revered customs.
Renu Kadyan’s leadership and dedication to social problems have changed many people’s perspectives and inspired them to take action. Her tireless leadership of the Bhagat Foundation is a powerful example of how one person can make a difference and shape a better future for everyone.
