Anuvrat Yatra: Param Pujya Acharya Shri Mahashraman will reach Surat on April 21

Surat : Surat will host over 1111 Varshitap Parna on April 23 for Akshaya Tritiya Mahotsav, with the 11th head of the Jain Shwetambar Terapanth Dharmasangh, Acharya Shri Mahashraman, in attendance. During Acharya’s Surat Pravas, which will last for 15 days beginning on April 21 and ending on May 5, 2023, a number of spiritual occurrences will take place.

On Wednesday, around 2100 worshippers took 31 buses from Surat to Ahmedabad’s Amraiwadi to see Virajit Acharya Shri Mahashraman for Darshan. In Ahmedabad, the Acharya Mahashraman Ahmedabad Pravas Vyavastha Samiti has passed the baton on to the Acharya Mahashraman Akshay Tritiya Pravas Vyavastha Samiti, Surat in charge of Acharya Pravar’s Anuvrat Yatra.

In his main discourse, Pujya Pravar urged the Shravak people, “Do not hear bad, see bad, speak bad, or think bad.”  Acharya Pravar encouraged his followers to put equal emphasis on spiritual and material endeavours.

In the context of shifting operations to Surat, Pujya Pravar announced that a 15-day Anuvrat Yatra would take place in Surat. I pray that Surat’s religious and spiritual efforts are fruitful.

Surat’s official anthem, “Acharya Mahashraman Akshaya Tritya Pravas Vyavastha Samiti,” debuted in Ahmedabad with the help of Acharya Pravar.
