New Delhi : In honour of World Idli Day on March 30, 2023 and the International Year of Millets, Sambar Cafe, a top South Indian restaurant in Ahmedabad, expanded its menu to include several varieties of millet idlis. Guests from all over the city attended, including Mr. Anil Mulchandani, a highly respected food critic and journalist and the founder of FEA, Ms. Pooja Sangani, a highly regarded food blogger and column writer, Mr. Nikunjbhai Soni, the founder of Justice Foodie, and many others. Dilipbhai Thakkar and Rohit Khanna, the other two co-founders of FEA, were also there.

While speaking at the event, Sambar Cafe founder Jayanti Santosh said, “As a renowned restaurant, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the most authentic and high-quality South Indian delicacies, and our addition of millet idlis is a testament to that dedication.” We are excited to continue providing our distinguished guests and all of our customers with an unparalleled dining experience and greatly appreciate their patronage.

The Sambar Café has rightfully gained fame as a premier destination for genuine South Indian cuisine. Dosa, Masala Dosa, Medu Vada, Idli, Uthappam, Malabar Porotta, Idiyappam, Filter Coffee, and other traditional South Indian delicacies are just the beginning of the extensive menu.

Sambar Café’s dedication to using only the finest ingredients sourced directly from trusted farms across India is what sets it apart. Every dish is prepared without the use of artificial flavouring agents or colours, so not only is the food delicious, but it is also healthy and whole. Sambar café’s seasoned staff is committed to enhancing the dining experience of their patrons by creating a warm and inviting space and providing delicious, reasonably priced food.

Sambar Café is a place where people can go to relax, have fun and enjoy themselves. In addition to being a popular spot for young people to hang out, it is a wonderful place for families and friends to get together for occasions like birthday parties and ladies’ days out. The coffee served here is made from Arabica Coffee beans from Coorg that are roasted daily for the finest flavour. The wonderful natural ambience of the place, enhanced by the lush green surroundings that include a 75-year-old mango tree, fosters a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
