India’s Defence Exports Mark a New Era of International Trust and Collaboration

New Delhi [India], September 17: India’s defence sector is undergoing a sweeping transformation, moving away from decades of heavy reliance on foreign suppliers and entering a new era of indigenous strength and global competitiveness. In FY 2024–25, India’s defence exports touched an impressive ₹23,000 crore — a thirtyfold rise compared to 2013–14. Projects in hypersonic platforms, next-generation missile systems, and advanced surveillance networks show India’s intent regarding future domains of warfare.
