Dubai [United Arab Emirates], June 11: One of the most honoured civilian medals for humanitarian service in the United Arab Emirates, the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Medal for Philanthropy has been bestowed upon Siddharth Balachandran, a well-known Indian businessman and philanthropist based in the UAE.
