ITC Narmada to ring in Holi festivities with a fun-filled colour play and a lavish buffet with multi cuisine flavours

Ahmedabad: The ITC Narmada will ring in Holi festivities with all happiness and feisty spirits. To mark the Holi celebrations, ITC Narmada will organise a celebration – Holi Rhythms – and also organise a signature buffet – ‘Rang Barse’ – to usher in the festival of colours with colour play and a touch of multi cuisine and playful flavours from its famed kitchens.

As part of Holi Rhythms celebrations, our patrons will be able to participate in a fun-filled and vibrant celebration on Monday – March 25, 2024. Patrons can arrive at ITC Narmada anytime from noon till 5pm to indulge in colour play, high tea, beverages and a DJ playing the most vibrant tracks. Participants willing to partake into the celebrations will be able to call and make their reservations in advance.
To sum up a hectic yet fun filled day, ITC Narmada will host a specially curated buffet at its signature all-day diner restaurant, Adalaj Pavillion. To satiate the tastebuds of the discerning and fun-loving people of Gujarat and the guests residing at the hotel, chefs at ITC have especially curated a lavish festive dinner menu to complete the celebrations. The dinner buffet will bring you a melange of flavours with some traditional Holi favourites. The offerings include a flatbread station, Thukpa, chhole bature, Gajar ka halwa, Crispy falafel wrap with butternut hummus, Pineapple and celery shooter, Poached pears, charred vine tomatoes and goat cheese roulade and Makhane wali kheer.
The menu truly brings out the culinary prowess of ITC kitchens to dish out a flavourful multi cuisine menu for patrons to indulge, at ITC Narmada’s signature all-day diner restaurant – Adalaj Pavilion.
Patrons will be able to call and make their reservations in advance for both ‘Holi Rhythms’ or ‘Rang Barse’.
