New Delhi : In honour of World Idli Day on March 30, 2023 and the International Year of Millets, Sambar Cafe, a top South Indian restaurant in Ahmedabad, expanded its menu to include several varieties of millet idlis. Guests from all over the city attended, including Mr. Anil Mulchandani, a highly respected food critic and journalist and the founder of FEA, Ms. Pooja Sangani, a highly regarded food blogger and column writer, Mr. Nikunjbhai Soni, the founder of Justice Foodie, and many others. Dilipbhai Thakkar and Rohit Khanna, the other two co-founders of FEA, were also there.
