Galaxy Book 2 Go now features a Snapdragon 7c+ Gen 3 processor
Samsung has released the Galaxy Book 2 Go
Samsung has released the Galaxy Book 2 Go, a new laptop, with a more recent chipset (Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3), following the release of the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360, which itself was updated with a more powerful processor. This ARM-based Windows laptop is an upgrade over last year’s Galaxy Book Go, and it comes equipped with the latest and greatest Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 7c+ Gen 3.
The GPU and CPU in the new Galaxy Book 2 Go with Snapdragon 7c+ Gen 3 are 40% and 35% faster, respectively.
Samsung promotes the Galaxy Book 2 Go as a portable, powerful laptop despite its small size. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c+ Gen 3 chipset it uses is considerably more powerful than the Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 used in the Galaxy Book Go, with a CPU that is 40% faster and a GPU that is 35% quicker. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, two of the new chipset’s faster wireless connectivity features, are also improved. It also has storage and RAM that are both faster thanks to LPDDR4X (3,200MHz) (NVMe SSD). In addition, Qualcomm asserts that its AI processing is superior without providing quantitative details.
