SVPI airport received renewed ISO certification for quality and environment management

The ISO certificates were renewed following rigorous audits, processes, and checks

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) :  Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport has received ISO certification for Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and Workplace Health and Safety Management Systems. The certificates were renewed following rigorous audits, processes, and checks.

Independent auditors audited all departments at SVPI airport for ISO standards. Internal audit training and audits were conducted to ensure that the desired standards were met. Certificates for all three ISO standards, Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and Occupation Health and Safety Management Systems, were issued based on stringent processes.

The SVPI airport’s Occupation Health and Safety Management System (OHS) aims to provide safe and healthy workplaces while eliminating hazards. Your airport also ensures that occupational health and safety risks are minimised by implementing effective preventive and protective measures. The SVPI airport’s Environmental Management System (EMS) aims to protect the environment and respond to changing environmental conditions. SVPI Airport’s Quality Management System (QMS) aims to improve customer satisfaction, process improvement, and customer conformity while adhering to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The recent certification adds to the accolades that SVPI airport has received with the help of stakeholders, passengers, and the city.
