Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], December 8:Unistar Multimedia Limited has officially established its wholly owned subsidiary, Arzani India Private Limited, marking its strategic entry into the data-centre, cloud-infrastructure, and digital-transaction services space. With this expansion, Arzani India is set to develop six cutting-edge data-centre campuses across key Indian regions over the next five years, strengthening the company’s presence in the country’s fast-growing digital ecosystem.

Policy Alignment & Government Support
Unistar Multimedia previously signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Uttarakhand on 1 November 2023 to establish a Next-Generation Technologies & Data Centre Division, with an investment outlay of approximately ₹50 crore.
Arzani India will now serve as the operating vehicle to implement and expand that vision.
