All necessary government approvals have been obtained, and the official opening is set for the 30th of March, 2023—the holy day of Ram Navami. The company behind the endeavour also claims that it will be finished in a scant six months.

Connectivity to South Delhi and Gurugram, an increase in business and industrial activity, rising population, and the relocation of many large companies to Faridabad are just a few of the reasons why the real estate market in Faridabad is booming.
