Surat : The diamond city of Surat is set to sparkle brighter, not just with precious stones, but also with a focus on health, wellness, food, and agricultural technology. For the first time, the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) is hosting two parallel exhibitions under one roof at the Surat International Exhibition and Convention Centre (SIECC) in Sarsana. The “Health and Wellness-2024” and “Food and Agritech-2024” exhibitions, running from February 10th to 12th, aim to establish Surat as a leading destination for these sectors.
Healthcare Powerhouse: The Health and Wellness Expo boasts over 60 participants, including hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, labs, medical equipment manufacturers, and wellness centers. Visitors can expect a comprehensive overview of healthcare services in Surat, from international-level medical facilities to Ayurvedic treatments. Highlights include workshops on diverse topics like stroke management, diabetes care, heart health, and organ donation.
Food & Agritech Innovation: The Food and Agritech Expo, with over 100 exhibitors, showcases the latest advancements in the food processing sector. From equipment and machinery to packaging and refrigeration, the expo covers all aspects of the food supply chain. Visitors can also explore a variety of food products, from dry and frozen goods to beverages and consumer packaged goods.
Culinary Delights: Both exhibitions offer a unique opportunity to savor over 400 dishes under one roof. This adds a delightful culinary experience to the informative and interactive atmosphere.
Knowledge Sharing: The three-day event features a series of workshops conducted by renowned doctors and experts. These sessions cover crucial topics like cancer vaccination, joint health, trauma management, and allergy management.
