Sportz Mix Announces Second Corporate T20 League with Live Streaming

Mumbai : In recent years, corporate cricket leagues have become increasingly popular as businesses see the value in encouraging employee camaraderie and a balanced lifestyle outside of the office. The Corporate T20 League, hosted by The Sportz Mix, gives business teams the chance to play cricket against other corporations.

It is with great pleasure that we, at The Sportz Mix, one of India’s premier sports event management firms, announce the beginning of the second season of the Corporate T20 League (CT20L) in Goa. After last year’s smashing success, the tournament’s organisers have returned with another exciting season that will once again bring together the best corporate cricket teams in the country.

The second season of the Corporate T20 League is set to take place from May 8th to May 13th, 2023, and will feature 16 corporate teams competing for the championship. Matches in the inaugural season of the Corporate T20 League will be streamed live on an OTT platform, making it the first tournament of its kind to offer such coverage.

It’s also the first league to have a media-focused launch event to formally introduce the teams and players involved.

The Sportz Mix is making an appeal to the Human Resources Directors and upper management of corporations, multinational corporations, banks, and financial institutions to take part and promote the extraordinary sports talents of their employees.

Prizes for the tournament have been announced, with the winning team receiving an exclusive international package for three nights and four days in Phuket and the runners-up receiving a domestic stay package for three nights and four days in Shimla. The highest run scorer and wicket taker will each receive a branded mobile phone, while the Man of the Series will receive a motorcycle. There will be a set of TWS earbuds given to each Man of the Match. Margoa Cricket Club Ground, Panjim Gymkhana Cricket Stadium, and Chowghule Cricket Ground are just a few of the top cricket venues in Goa that will host tournament games.

The first season of the Corporate T20 League was initiated in 2019, with 48 corporate cricket teams participating from Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The tournament was off to a great start, with the activity going on for 3 months, but unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the event could not reach its stipulated course. However, the participating teams of 2019, including HDFC Mutual Fund, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Motilal Oswal, RBL Bank, Amazon, JP Morgan, Mahindra & Mahindra, Mahindra Insurance, JSW Group, General Mills, Willis Tower Watson, WNS, Teleperformance, Marsh & Mclennan, ANZ, Star TV, HCL Technologies, Policy Bazaar, SpiceJet, Met-life, Hero Moto, VM ware, and Wipro, to name a few, had an unforgettable experience.
