Expansion Plans
The company plans to utilize the IPO proceeds primarily for the development of a new indoor Snow Storm Park and Family Entertainment Centre in Lucknow, along with the expansion and modernization of its flagship theme park at Silver Storms Athirapplli, Kerala. A portion of the proceeds will also be allocated towards general corporate purposes.
Vivro Financial Services Private Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited has been appointed as the Registrar.
Building on Two and a Half Decades of Growth
Speaking at a press conference in Thrissur, A I Shalimar Managing Director Silver Storm, said the company has transformed its Athirappilly property into one of Kerala’s premier tourism destinations over the past two-and-a-half decades while successfully expanding its footprint to Jamshedpur Silver Storm. He added that the IPO would provide the capital required to accelerate expansion and introduce new attractions across its portfolio.
Silver Storm operates theme parks and hospitality destinations under the ‘Silver Storm’ and ‘Snow Storm’ brands at Athirappilly, Kerala, and Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Located near the iconic Athirappilly Waterfalls, the Kerala destination has emerged as a popular choice among leisure travellers, families, educational institutions, and corporate groups.
The destination currently offers an amusement park, water park, indoor snow park, resort facilities, and restaurants. During the upcoming Onam season, the company will add two major attractions—a Cable Car and Forest Village—creating what it describes as India’s first integrated tourism destination combining such a diverse range of entertainment experiences at a single location.
The company commenced operations of its Indoor Snow Storm Park in Jamshedpur Silver Storm in October 2025 and is now planning another indoor Snow Storm park and family entertainment centre at Omaxe Hazratganj Mall, Lucknow.
