Nippon Kiz and Roma Trading Group partners with USD2million investment

As per the terms of the deal, ROMA TRADING GROUP will serve as NIPPON KIZ's exclusive distributor in the rapidly developing Saudi Arabian market.

New Delhi (India) : While displaying their products at Indus Food 2023, Nippon KIZ and ROMA TRADING GROUP announced a long-term strategic partnership worth USD 2 million annually, which will help both businesses grow more quickly in the competitive food industry. Senior officials from the Trade Promotion Council of India, including Sandip Das, Dy. Director General, Deepak Vohra, Director, and Bhanu Vashishtha, Joint Director, were present for the signing of the agreement due to their significant contributions to the venture.

As per the terms of the deal, ROMA TRADING GROUP will serve as NIPPON KIZ’s exclusive distributor in the rapidly developing Saudi Arabian market. Distributor agrees to buy THE HOLY SAUCE products from supplier annually for a minimum of USD 2000000 (TWO MILLION US DOLLARS). The goal of this partnership is to become Nippon KIZ’s preferred distribution partner for Nippon Kiz Brands in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on The Holy Sauce.

The Holy Sauce boasts that its sauces are brimming with flavour because they are prepared with only the freshest and finest ingredients. Traditional flavours like BBQ and Mint sit alongside more daring and exciting choices like Sriracha and others.

The company acknowledges that its customers have varying preferences in terms of heat and therefore provides options ranging from mild to extremely spicy. These sauces are great because they are suitable for a wider variety of eaters because they are both vegan and gluten-free.
