Branding today has come a long way from merely designing an impressive logo and producing attractive marketing materials for a company. In the cutthroat competition that exists today, the ability of a business to maintain a consistent image at all times is what makes or breaks its reputation. This is precisely what the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Krasa Marcom Pvt. Ltd., Ajay Pawar saw early on. Having founded the branding and integrated marketing agency based out of Pune with two of his co-founders Tushar Karale and Pankaj Dhakare in 2010, he has been dedicated to helping companies create brand images that not only appeal but also help them achieve their business objectives.
Having spent more than 16 years in the areas of branding, graphic design and visual communication, Pawar has worked with startups, SMEs, corporates, health care organizations, jewellery brands, educational institutes, manufacturers and even government agencies. In all these different industries, one thing that he observed quite consistently was that companies spent money on individual marketing materials but did not have an effective brand identity.
Unlike most companies which provide design services separately, Krasa Marcom is a company which works on building full-fledged branding systems a 360 degree advertising agency. This includes designing logos and corporate identities, websites, packaging, stall designs for exhibitions, presentation material, and marketing material, all designed to carry the same message across all interactions with customers.

He also has the experience of designing the logo of a Government of Maharashtra department.
During his early years of profession, Pawar had bagged three National Creative Awards during his MBA days, and this continues to influence his approach to design and strategy today. As part of his creative leadership, Krasa Marcom was also recognized by Tata Tele Business Services as a company which had contributed to business branding while the company was also awarded as the Best Social Media Company by R Constellation Pvt. Ltd.
Even as the artificial intelligence continues to transform the entire process of creativity, Pawar is of the belief that technology should only augment creativity and not replace it. The company has embraced AI-aided creative processes to make their workflow more efficient but without sacrificing the strategy, creativity, and human insight in every work.

Currently in process of achieving 100 franchises in India for 365 Pharmacy Hub via various branding and extensive marketing activities.
