Ahmedabad, Gujarat –  ITC Narmada, a luxury collection hotel in Ahmedabad, is all set to launch Mango Fiesta, a curated culinary celebration of Gujarat’s quintessential connection with mangoes. Hosted from May 15-31, and available 24 hours, this seasonal showcase will serve a curated selection of preparations made using mangoes at Adalaj Pavilion, the hotel’s signature all-day dining restaurant, known for its refined interpretations of Indian and global cuisines.

Anchored in ITC Hotels’ core ethos of Responsible Luxury, Mango Fiesta is designed as a true farm-to-table experience. It is a tribute to the sun-kissed mango harvest of Gujarat and its cultural and culinary heritage that is all things mangoes in summers indeed. Local sourcing and including the seasonal varieties, Mango Fiesta is ITC Narmada’s humble attempt to nurture the local and regional economy and reduce its carbon footprint.

“Gujarat summers and mangoes share a timeless bond—an annual celebration of both seasonality and indulgence. Mangoes are well-beyond a seasonal harvest here ; the fruit is deeply connected with Gujarat’s culture and everyday summer palate. With Mango Fiesta, we pay homage to the king of fruits through select, thoughtfully crafted preparations—from refreshing beverages and inventive savoury bites to decadent desserts—all highlighting the mango’s unique ability to adapt across culinary expressions. Each dish is a tribute to the season’s bounty, made with produce sourced at its peak from local farms. This not just guarantees exceptional freshness but also helps us stay committed to sustainability and responsible luxury,” said Chef Gaurav Lavania, Executive Chef, ITC Narmada.

Guests will be invited to relish an array of delicacies crafted from the finest locally sourced mangoes, handpicked from farms across the region.

Mango Fiesta will bring you a decadent showcase of mango preparations dishes designed to highlight the versatility of the mango—from savoury interpretations to indulgent desserts.

The specially crafted menu for Mango Fiesta offers guests a choice of one refreshing mango-based beverage, including the indulgent Kesar Mango Smoothie, the rich Alphonso Shake, or the classic Aam Ras. The savoury section showcases innovative creations such as Spicy Kesar Mango Tartare on sourdough, Alphonso Mango Summer Rolls with a nutty twist, and a hearty Raw Mango and Rice Burrito. For those with a sweet tooth, the festival features a delightful range of desserts like the Badam Mango Tart, Alphonso Mango and Flax Seed Brownie, and Ratnagiri Hapus and Dark Chocolate Éclairs. Each dish has been mindfully designed to highlight the mango’s versatility across textures, temperatures, and global influences.

Every aspect of the Mango Fiesta—from ingredient selection to culinary execution—aligns with the group’s sustainability-first approach, championing local produce, supporting farmers, and crafting eco-conscious dining experiences that do not compromise on luxury or flavour.

ITC Narmada invites patrons, connoisseurs, and culinary explorers to join in this seasonal celebration—a refined ode to Gujarat’s favourite summer fruit, reimagined with the hotel’s signature touch of elegance and responsibility.
