ITC Narmada hosts a Father’s Day Brunch Buffet & Chocolate Masterclass

AHMEDABAD,GUJARAT : Taking forward its commitment to make every occasion extra special, ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection hotel in Ahmedabad, will mark the Father’s Day Celebrations on June 16 with its specially curated offerings. The celebration promises to create cherished memories for father-child duos on June 16 – Sunday. Adalaj Pavilion, the signature all day diner restaurant at ITC Narmada will host a lavish brunch buffet specially curated by the culinary experts in ITC kitchens. The buffet will begin from 1 pm and go upto, wherein fathers can indulge into culinary delights with their kids. This event is designed to be a heartfelt tribute, allowing families to bond over an array of delightful dishes and special activities.

ITC Chefs have especially curated a menu with special inclusions which were their fathers’ favourite preparations.

Guests can look forward to an indulgent brunch experience at Adalaj Pavilion’s Special Brunch Buffet featuring a selection of culinary favourites such as Gosht Yakhni Pulao (Chef Gulshan), Kacha Lonka Diye Murg er Jhol (Chef Harshit), Mixed Veg Avial (Chef Mohit), Jackfruit Biryani (Chef Deepak), Kashmiri Aloo Dum (Chef Avnika) and Goan Prawn Curry (Chef Nanda).

A range of delectable options ranging from sumptuous appetizers to exquisite main courses and decadent desserts, will ensure a delightful experience for every palate.

To make this Father’s Day even more memorable, ITC Narmada will also organise a unique Fabelle Chocolates Masterclass. This interactive session will invite fathers and their children to explore the fascinating world of chocolate making together. Participants will learn the basics of chocolate making, craft their own truffles, and master the art of cookie decoration. As a sweet conclusion to this hands-on experience, attendees will also be able to take home a luxurious Fabelle hamper made of exquisite, handcrafted chocolates.
