IG Drones obtains Govt. of India funding for soil and plant health analysis using drones

New Delhi : The Indian government’s Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) has awarded a grant to the premier drone technology firm, IG Drones, to fund a novel project that use drones for soil and plant health assessments in India’s North-East. Sambit Parida, Co-Founder & CTO of IG Drones, is at the helm of this initiative, which aims to revolutionise the tea industry while also fostering environmental sustainability and stimulating economic development in the area.
