Surat : In a groundbreaking move reshaping the corporate narrative of Surat, Dr. Faruk Patel, a prominent Surti businessman and CMD of KP Group, orchestrated the historic BSE listing ceremony of KP Green Engineering Limited in Surat instead of Mumbai, marking a watershed moment in the city’s corporate landscape.

Against the backdrop of Surat’s industrial prowess, the listing ceremony heralded a new chapter in the annals of corporate Surat.

The fervor surrounding KP Green Engineering was palpable as the company’s shares soared in their debut on the BSE SME platform. Opening at Rs 210, a staggering premium of 41.89% over the issue price, the shares witnessed unprecedented trading activity, surpassing 1 crore transactions—a testament to investor confidence and market anticipation.

KP Group, renowned for its leadership in the renewable energy sector, now proudly boasts three listed companies on the BSE, with KP Energy and KP Green Energy paving the way for KP Green Engineering. With a cumulative market capitalization of approximately Rs 13,000 crore, KP Group continues to lead the charge in India’s corporate sphere.
