Being an industry based on stability, reliability, and partnership, M.Y. Agencies of Rajkot is gaining momentum and credibility through trust and robustness. Since its inception in 2004 by the Late Mr. Murtaza Bharmal, the firm has come a long way from its humble beginning as a small trading firm to a recognized entity in detergents and industrial chemicals.

From a family background with experience in paints and colours, Mr. Murtaza Bharmal chose to make his mark in the field of chemicals. With painstaking effort, he worked hard to understand the market and gain expertise in detergents chemicals, all along keeping honesty and ethics intact for building customer relations.

As a result of his efforts and knowledge of the market, M.Y. Agencies succeeded in establishing partnerships as authorized dealerships with Tata Chemicals and GHCL, which became one of the most important achievements for the company’s reputation.

The main factor that set M.Y. Agencies apart from other enterprises was not the product, but the company’s values. The businessman preferred to form relationships rather than pursue business deals. Honesty and respect were shown towards customers, whereas employees were seen as members of the big family. This approach brought a lot of trust among producers, wholesalers, and industries.

Sadly, the success of M.Y. Agencies was shadowed by the tragic loss of its founder. Only being seventeen at the time of his death, Ibhrahim Bharmal had to bear a very heavy burden of supporting his family and business at once. Besides studying, he needed to cope with various difficulties and maintain the reputation of the company, which was built by his father throughout many years of hard work.

It certainly was not an easy ride for him. Starting off as a youngster in the challenging business sector meant that there were emotional and professional challenges. At the onset of his career, Ibhrahim started off under his relative within the business circle of his father and gained knowledge of the processes and worked with diligence and discipline.

Eventually, he became independent within his business venture M.Y. Agencies and ensured that it grew while keeping the standards his father believed in. In the present day, M.Y. Agencies has continued to grow in its business practices while remaining consistent with the quality product and services and client satisfaction that it stands for.

M.Y. Agencies today is recognized for being consistent in their supply support, 48-hour dispatch system and availability of materials. They even offer credit assistance to new and small businesses, enabling emerging manufacturers to establish their businesses with steady supply support.

Being among the key suppliers for detergent companies, plastic makers, cosmetic firms, and industries engaged in manufacturing, the company pays a great deal of attention to quality assurance. The materials are provided with laboratory tests and relevant information, which allows providing our clients with reliable materials.

With Ibhrahim Bharmal at the helm, M.Y. Agencies has its future ahead of it, building upon principles such as trust, sustainability, and transparency. The story of his life from a poor yet determined student up to the owner of a respected chemical trading enterprise illustrates dedication and responsibility.

Thus, today M.Y. Agencies is not just another chemical supplier; this is the story of legacy, persistence, and passing of values from generation to generation.
