After spending nearly 25 years across international IT consulting, leadership, and business transformation roles in India, the UK, and the United States, Prabal Chakraborty is now building a new identity – one rooted in strategic clarity, founder growth, and trust-driven business coaching.
Today, Prabal is emerging as a respected International Business Coach who helps founder-led businesses navigate growth, leadership challenges, communication gaps, and global market positioning in an increasingly competitive business environment.
But his journey toward becoming a business coach did not begin inside corporate boardrooms.
It began in a small attic room in Kolkata.
Long before global clients, leadership roles, and international exposure became part of his life, Prabal was a student struggling to transform himself through discipline and determination. Drawn more toward storytelling, theatre, and creative expression than academics, he made a bold decision early in life to pursue Statistics – one of the most demanding academic disciplines at the time.
Many doubted the choice.
Yet through relentless effort and countless late nights studying under dim lights while the rest of the household slept, he rebuilt himself academically and eventually graduated as a university rank holder. He later pursued higher studies and completed Computer Science Engineering from the University of Calcutta before entering India’s rapidly growing IT industry.
His early professional journey, however, was not without setbacks. Despite academic success, he faced rejection during campus placements at companies many considered dream opportunities. But those moments of disappointment became defining lessons in resilience, adaptability, and emotional strength.
Over time, Prabal built what would become a distinguished international corporate career spanning multiple countries and leadership environments. During his years in the United States, he evolved from a software professional into a trusted business leader handling global clients, strategic communication, business growth initiatives, and large-scale consulting engagements.
According to Prabal, one of the biggest lessons he learned during his international corporate experience was that businesses rarely grow sustainably through technical capability alone.
“They grow through trust, communication, clarity, and leadership maturity,” he says.
That insight eventually inspired his transition into business coaching and strategic advisory.
Today, Prabal works closely with founders and growing businesses using a structured GROWTH Framework focused on leadership communication, business positioning, strategic clarity, trust-building, and sustainable scaling. His coaching philosophy combines real-world corporate exposure with emotional intelligence, human psychology, and practical business understanding.
Unlike many conventional business consultants who operate primarily through theoretical frameworks, Prabal’s approach is deeply shaped by lived experience – from handling multicultural client environments to navigating career reinvention, uncertainty, and leadership pressure across global markets.
His recently launched Kindle book, “The Trust Gap: What US Clients Need Before They Hire Indian IT Companies,” further strengthens his positioning as a thought leader in international business trust and founder communication. The book reflects years of observing how global clients evaluate credibility, consistency, strategic thinking, and long-term reliability before making business decisions.
In addition to his corporate and coaching journey, Prabal also pursued filmmaking and studied at the New York Film Academy while working in demanding business leadership roles in the United States – an experience that deepened his understanding of storytelling, communication, and human behavior.
Today, as businesses face growing uncertainty driven by AI disruption, global competition, and rapidly changing buyer psychology, Prabal believes founders need more than motivation. They need clarity, perspective, and strategic thinking.
His mission now is to help entrepreneurs build businesses that are not only profitable, but also resilient, trust-driven, and aligned with long-term impact.
With a unique combination of international corporate leadership, communication psychology, storytelling insight, and business strategy, Prabal Chakraborty is steadily positioning himself as a trusted voice in founder transformation and global business growth.
