Sandesh won the Maharashtra State Men’s Physique Competition when he was a junior in high school. He started Fitness Garage to help people regain control of their health. Sandesh is confident that most people wrongly assume he became successful overnight despite his extraordinary path.

However, this is not the case. Before achieving phenomenal success, he endured his fair share of hardships. The fitness trainer’s background also includes work in mechanical engineering and cricket. Neither of those options worked out, though, and that only made him more determined to sign up.

Deshmukh sought advice from Dr. Prashant Madane, a fitness expert, who guided him to success.
