Alok Sharma takes over as principal chief commercial manager of Western Railway

Surat : Alok Sharma, an officer of Indian Railway Traffic Services (1989 Batch) has taken over the charge of Principal Chief Commercial Manager, Western Railway.

Alok Sharma, was earlier working as Chief Claims Officer, Western Railway.

Sharma has served in Indian Railways in various capacities in his career spanning of almost 34 years. He has held posts in Operating, Commercial & Safety Departments over Northern Railway & Western Railway.

He has also served as General Manager/TS & CO in Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. at New Delhi, which is a PSU under Indian Railways. Shri Sharma has completed his Masters from IIT Bombay in the year 1989.
