Ahmedabad-Keshod Flights Start Under Winter Schedule

Ahmedabad: In the upcoming winter schedule of airlines, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International (SVPI) Airport will get connected to Keshod Airport in Saurashtra. The budget airline Alliance Air has announced that it will be operating flights three days per week between Ahmedabad and Keshod. This marks the first time a flight will operate from Ahmedabad to Keshod, benefiting tourists looking to travel to Somnath, Sasan Gir, and nearby destinations. Bookings for these flights have already started on the website.

Starting from October 29th, the airline will operate flight no. 9I603 from SVPI Airport to Keshod on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The flight will depart from Ahmedabad Airport at 10:10 AM and arrive in Keshod at 10:55 AM. The return flight, no. 9I604, will depart from Keshod at 4:20 PM and land in Ahmedabad at 5:10 PM in the same days.

The airline will use ATR 72-seater aircraft on this route. By car, it takes approximately 6.5 hours to cover the distance of 351 km from Ahmedabad to Keshod. However, the flight will reach Keshod in a total of three hours, including a check-in time of two hours before departure and a flying time of 45 minutes.
