Drawing from real-life stories and universal lessons on Pyaar, Paisa and Parivar, Kavyal guided attendees through reflection, journaling and an inspiring talk that encouraged greater self-awareness, honesty and personal growth. Participants left the session with meaningful takeaways, including a shift from asking “Why is this happening to me?” to “What is this teaching me?” They also completed a 15-question self-audit designed to encourage deeper self-reflection and gained practical tools to find clarity and confidence for a happier life.
