Established in 2023, CrossFit Bold Heart was founded by Preshit Parihar, whose personal and professional journey has been deeply connected to the CrossFit methodology. Nearly a decade ago, Preshit discovered CrossFit while training at a gym that focused on functional movement rather than traditional bodybuilding. The methodology’s emphasis on purposeful movement, measurable progress, and overall fitness resonated with him so strongly that he eventually left his corporate career to pursue coaching full-time.
After earning his CrossFit certifications and gaining practical coaching experience, Preshit established CrossFit Bold Heart with the vision of helping everyday people improve their health, performance, and quality of life through structured fitness programming.
What makes the founder’s story particularly inspiring is his personal battle with psoriasis and the health challenges associated with modern sedentary lifestyles. Through consistent CrossFit training, he was able to maintain joint health, reduce the risk of mobility-related complications such as arthritis, improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and continually progress in gymnastic and functional movement skills. His experience reinforced his belief that fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable.
