This realization became the foundation of AimConnect Education, officially established in 2025 after being conceptualized in 2022.

One of the company’s most impactful initiatives is the “Steps to My Aim” educational series developed for students from Grades 6 to 10. The series introduces students to 30 traditional, modern, and future-proof professions through engaging storytelling, structured roadmaps, practical activities, projects, and value-based learning. The program is designed to help students understand early on which subjects, skills, and pathways align with their career aspirations – whether becoming a doctor, entrepreneur, designer, engineer, or technology expert.

Within a short span of time, “Steps to My Aim” has already been adopted by more than 30 reputed schools across Northeast India, positively impacting thousands of students. The growing response from schools, educators, and parents highlights the increasing demand for educational systems that combine academics with real-world preparedness. Rather than replacing traditional education, AimConnect Education focuses on strengthening it by integrating career discovery and practical understanding into school learning. The company believes that students should gain clarity about life opportunities much earlier, allowing them to make informed decisions with confidence and purpose.

AimConnect Education is also developing two major upcoming educational initiatives – “Foundation Step” and “Digital Literacy.” While “Foundation Step” focuses on essential life skills such as emergency awareness, CPR, communication, digital safety, cooking, and independent living, the “Digital Literacy” series aims to prepare students for AI readiness, computational thinking, and future technologies. A unique aspect of these programs is their practical implementation model. The modules are designed in a way that any teacher can conduct them easily and require only one session per week, ensuring that traditional academic subjects remain undisturbed.
