Sunil Katal brings over 12 years of global strategic consulting experience across technology, pharma & healthcare, consumer businesses, and market intelligence. His corporate journey included senior roles at various tech companies and boutique management consulting firms, where he specialised in strategy, market intelligence, and complex problem-solving for multinational clients.

In 2024, he completed the prestigious FUEL for Emerging Leaders programme at the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), University of Cambridge. The leadership programme sharpened his leadership skills, business administration expertise, and long-term strategic vision.

Shortly thereafter, he made a defining decision, to move from building strategies for others to building something of his own.

“After 12 years of building strategies for others, I finally asked myself: When do I build something of my own? House of Aetheria is the answer, a science-led transformation studio where people don’t just look better, they become more aligned, confident, and centered versions of themselves. Learning From Setbacks, Returning With Clarity

Sunil’s entrepreneurial journey did not begin in 2025. Two earlier ventures in 2017 and 2019 did not succeed. Instead of stepping away, he treated those experiences as real education: lessons in resilience, customer psychology, cashflow discipline, and the courage to rebuild.

Armed with those learnings and Cambridge-trained leadership frameworks, he spent nearly a year studying India’s aesthetics and wellness market before launching. He met founders, interviewed customers, examined global technologies, and analysed treatment protocols.

One insight stood out clearly, India’s wellness consumer no longer wants gimmicks. They seek honest, science-backed, personalised transformation.

Established in October 2025 under the broader vision of Reverio Consulting (in existence since 2022), House of Aetheria was designed with a systems-first philosophy.

Drawing inspiration from sustainable systems of purpose, decentralised execution, and disciplined governance, Sunil embedded structured operational frameworks into the studio’s foundation. The belief is clear, emotion may attract, but systems sustain trust.
