Rajkot : The Rajkot Park also known as Pradhyuman Zoological Park in Rajkot is celebrating the arrival of two adorable white tiger cubs! Born on the evening of March 25th, these precious additions mark a significant milestone for the zoo’s breeding program and conservation efforts.
Following a 105-day pregnancy, the tigress Gayatri successfully delivered the cubs, sired by the magnificent white tiger Diwakar. Both mother and cubs are reported to be healthy and receiving excellent care. The zoo’s veterinary team is keeping a watchful eye on the little ones through round-the-clock CCTV monitoring.
The arrival of these cubs brings the total number of white tigers at the Pradhyuman Zoological Park to ten. This exciting development is a testament to the zoo’s commitment to successful breeding programs and rigorous wildlife conservation efforts.
