With a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and co-founding Countrywide Learning Systems, she stands as one of India’s foremost experts in gender sensitivity and combating workplace sexual harassment. Drawing from over two decades of experience, Sarita has become a pillar in coaching and mentoring, delivering impactful workshops to government departments and multinational corporations. Her proficiency in stress management and relationship counseling has garnered her widespread recognition, positioning her as a sought-after professional in her field.

Moreover, Sarita’s contributions extend to supporting women entrepreneurs through her involvement with the Incubation Cell at FICCI FLO Ahmedabad.
