Japan to train 360 Railway employees for the Bullet Train operation

Surat : With the building of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) bullet train project gaining momentum, the National High Speed Rail Corporation (NHSRCL) has initiated a comprehensive training programme in order to better prepare its employees for their jobs. NHSRCL is sending 360 staff to Japan for specialised training in a variety of important tasks in preparation for the first phase of operations, which is scheduled to begin in 2024.

Vadodara is going to be the location of a cutting-edge training centre that will be established by NHSRCL in order to better improve their grasp of the technology behind bullet trains. In order to provide personnel with a training environment that is similar to the actual world, this institution will be equipped with sophisticated simulators, model rooms, and slab tracks. The objective is to teach all 360 staff by the year 2026, which is a significant amount of time before the bullet trains begin their full-scale operations.
NHSRCL will give all participating personnel with fundamental Japanese language and cultural training prior to their departure.
