New Delhi : The trailer for the forthcoming film Lavaste has been released by ADIV PRODUCTIONS PVT LTD. The film’s director, Sudeesh Kanaujia, together with producers Aditya Verma and Rohandeep Singh, depicts the silent agony of unidentified corpses in our culture.
Satyansh, the protagonist of Lavaste, is a B.Tech. graduate whose job it is to collect dead corpses. However, he and his relatives aren’t the focus of this narrative; rather, it’s the unidentified dead who have living relatives. The film hopes to bring people together in solidarity for the cause of the unidentified dead by shedding attention on the inhumanity and sorrow that permeate our culture.
The film features the acting talents of Omkar Kapoor, Manoj Joshi, Brijendra Kala, Urvashi S. Sharma, Shubhangi Latkar, Aditya Verma, and Vikas Giri. Jumping Tomato Studio plans to release Lavaste in cinemas on May 26, 2023. The renowned Sonu Nigam, Kailash Kher, and Swanand Kirkire lend their voices to Manojj Negi’s score for the film.
