New Delhi : Since that registrations for this year’s Haj are already being taken, it’s clear that many people are planning to make the journey. Each Haj pilgrim reportedly costs around Rs. 4.10 lakh, a figure that is making its way into the headlines in an unofficial capacity. The government has already done away with the Haj subsidy. About this issue, a young social activist named Mohammad Aman Khan from Delhi has addressed a letter to the Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji on behalf of the whole Muslim community.

He writes to implore the Prime Minister to cut the prohibitively high costs that Haj pilgrims must bear.

According to Mohammad Aman Khan, costs for each Haj pilgrim were increased by Rs. 1 lakh 75,000 due to unforeseen circumstances following the Corona virus. Now that things have returned to normal and the country is no longer threatened by the devastating Corona pandemic, there is pressure to roll back the temporary boost implemented last year. In order to spare the Haj pilgrims the financial hardship of this one-time price hike. According to Mohammad Aman Khan, the Ministry of Minority Affairs has also been made aware of this problem. Throughout his life, Mohammad Aman Khan has been a vocal advocate for the needs and concerns of individuals of all socioeconomic backgrounds.

According to Mohammad Aman Khan, the motto “Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas” by the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi sends a message and inspires all Indians to come along by giving all segments of society equal opportunities to advance.

According to Mohammad Aman Khan, all Indians hold the revered Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji, in the highest regard. He is confident that our Honorable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi ji, will meet the need of the Indian Haj pilgrims.
