New Delhi (India) : PW (PhysicsWallah) Founder and CEO Alakh Pandey recently responded to a student’s LinkedIn post about the prices of PW Skills courses. The student discussed his previous learning experience with PW and how he could not afford the new PW Skills Java full-stack development courses.

Alakh Pandey quickly responded to the student’s concern by telling him that he would personally look into it.

“Our goal is not just to provide lectures, but an entire ecosystem for practical learning through hands-on experience on industry projects and the PW Skills Lab,” he explained.

Alakh Pandey thanked the student for his feedback and promised immediate action, which he delivered. PW Skills courses were immediately reduced by 50%, and are now available for INR 3,500.

Aditya Kumar, the student, now responded with a screenshot of the PW course captioned ‘Purchased,’ ending the conversation on a positive note.

In response to the online exchange with the student, Alakh Pandey stated, “PhysicsWallah will never become a business wallah, no matter what. Our top priority will always be to provide the most affordable high-quality learning opportunities in the country. I appreciate Aditya pointing this out, and we hope he excels in his career after taking this course.”

PW (PhysicsWallah) recently announced the acquisition of iNeuron to provide youth with accessible tech-centric upskilling courses through PW Skills. PW aims to develop an industry-led, project-driven curriculum for graduates to upskill and become job-ready with PW Skills.

PW (PhysicsWallah), a leading ed-tech player in India, is redefining traditional competitive exam coaching, which relies solely on expensive offline teaching pedagogies. By leveraging in-house tech innovations, the company has made quality learning completely hybrid and highly affordable to the student masses. PW, the brainchild of Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari, began its journey in 2016 as a YouTube channel to coach JEE and NEET aspirants. Today, it has become India’s 101st unicorn, preparing students for multiple competitive exams such as GATE, UPSC, CDS, CTET, SSC, Banking, and CA, as well as upskilling youth through PW Skills.

Students can take both free and paid online courses at PW. It also offers offline and hybrid coaching through its Vidyapeeths and Pathshalas across India. The company offers educational content in nine languages, including Hindi, English, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, and Gujarati. PW has over 12 million subscribers across 27 YouTube channels and over 7 million app downloads with a 4.7 rating on Google Play. In order to provide 360-degree learning, the company has also launched upskilling courses for students and working professionals to learn in-demand skills and become industry-ready for today’s jobs. PW’s outstanding JEE and NEET results attest to its commitment to providing students with the highest quality coaching at the most affordable prices.
