“This initiative is the product of a personal commitment I made at the World Economic Forum,” said CEO and Director Shruti Shibulal, a Young Global Leader. As co-lead of the Global Future Council’s Sustainable Destinations workstream, I saw the importance of human capital building for lasting change. Hospitality, which employs a large portion of India’s workforce, is ideal for knowledge sharing and future shaping. Tamara Leisure Experiences trains and supports the next generation of sustainable hoteliers through this programme.

Applications for the summer internship are currently open, with the first cycle scheduled to begin in July 2023. Interested applicants can submit their application here: https://tamaraleisureexperiences.com/responsible-hoteliers-of-tomorrow.
