Surat Traffic Police Introduces Creative Drive to Promote Traffic Rules

In the near future, residents of Surat city can expect to witness TRB jawans performing lively dances at traffic junctions. In an exciting initiative, the Traffic Branch has organized an event where participants will recite film dialogues, all aimed at encouraging the public to adhere to traffic regulations.

Surat : Surat Traffic Police is gearing up to introduce a fresh initiative aimed at educating the residents of the diamond city about traffic regulations. In an innovative approach, the traffic brigade, in collaboration with Surat traffic police, will engage the public by delivering songs and film dialogues at various roads and traffic junctions in Surat. In addition to this, they will demonstrate how to adhere to traffic regulations through the medium of dance. Starting January 26, a dedicated group of 15 individuals will hit the streets to educate the public about traffic regulations.

‘Our jawans are watching you at the intersections, don’t make the mistake of ignoring traffic signals. Our jawans will capture your lovely images’. When the notice would arrive at your doorsteps, you will be taken aback with your stunning image. It is important to recognise that Surat adheres to traffic regulations. Adhering to traffic regulations ensure that you won’t be fined’

The Surat Traffic Branch will engage the community of Surat through dance, dialogue delivery, and drama to encourage adherence to traffic regulations.

DCP Amita Vanani pointed out that the Surat Traffic Branch consistently introduces engaging methods and creative initiatives to promote awareness of traffic regulations. A dedicated team is being assembled by the esteemed members of the Traffic Branch to engage the public on traffic issues through various forms of drama, street dance, and dialogue delivery. This team is set to deliver engaging presentations on traffic rules to the public. They will present a captivating performance that merges iconic film dialogues with essential traffic regulations, encouraging the public to adhere to these important rules.

In addition to this,she announced that various performances will take place in public areas and at intersections. The collaboration with NGOs is also being sought for this effort. All these activities will take place during red traffic signals. A strategy has been developed for this, featuring a brief presentation of dialogue, drama, and dance lasting approximately 50 to 60 seconds, ensuring that traffic flow remains uninterrupted. In addition, these initiatives will be implemented at the intersections on the sides, ensuring that awareness helps prevent traffic issues in those areas.
