Touted as a Convention Island, this mega-destination will cater to both social and corporate gatherings, offering five distinct venues, each crafted with its own unique design narrative and concept. The project, refined through more than a year of meticulous work, brings together architectural excellence and curated experiences under one umbrella.

As the creative powerhouse behind the venture, Studio 145 is blending visionary architecture with experiential hospitality to redefine how India celebrates its grandest moments.

With a capacity to host 1500 to 2000 guests, the banquet will be the largest and most luxurious venue in North India, reflecting Studio 145’s expertise in transforming vast spaces into immersive, elegant, and functional environments.
