SRTEPC host Roadshow on Bharat Tex 2024 in Coimbatore
A Core Committee has been formed to organise the event, with Mr. Naren Goenka, Chairman of AEPC, as Chairman and Mr. Bhadresh Dodhia, Chairman of SRTEPC, as Co-Chairman.
New Delhi : Bharat Tex 2024, a mega textile show, will be held in February 2024.

To promote the event, SRTEPC (The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council) organised a roadshow on November 16 at Hotel Le Meridian in Coimbatore in collaboration with other Textiles EPCs such as TEXPROCIL, PDEXCIL, and HEPC.
Over 250 people, including prominent government officials from Tamil Nadu, attended the Roadshow.
Bharat Tex 2024 will take place in Delhi from February 26 to 29, 2024 at Bharat Mandapam and Yashobhoomi. The event will be jointly organised by all Textile Export Promotion Councils, with strong cooperation from the Ministry of Textiles.
The Guest of Honour on the event, Shri R. Gandhi, Hon’ble Minister of Handloom and Textiles, Government of Tamil Nadu, said, “The textile sector is highly developed in Tamil Nadu, and companies from the State can participate in large numbers in Bharat Tex.” The Hon’ble Minister further said that the Tamil Nadu government would become a Bharat Tex 2024 Partnership State.
Shri Rajeev Saxena, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, delivered a presentation on Bharat Tex 2024. He claims that Bharat Tex will be the world’s biggest textile exhibition.
Bharat Tex 2024 will span around 200,000 square metres, with exhibitors displaying the whole textile value chain, including fibre, yarn, fabrics, garments, made ups, and technical textiles.
Over 3500 exhibitors, 3000 international buyers, 40000 trade visitors, and 50 knowledge sessions are anticipated to attend Bharat Tex.
