Surat : Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (SRK), worldwide leader in diamond crafting and exports has been named one of the “Most Preferred Workplaces of 2023-24” by Team Marksmen in the third annual “Most Preferred Workplaces Award.”
The diamond company was given the award because to its high scores in many categories that prioritised its employees: Employee Centricity; Organisational Purpose; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Safety and Trust; Intrapreneurial Culture; Work-life Balance; Growth, Recognition, and Rewards.
Shri Niravbhai Narola, Entrepreneur-Jewelry Vertical; Shri Nidhish Narola, Young Leadership; and Dr. Nirav Mandir, Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), SRK, were the recipients of the prestigious award at a ceremony on Thursday in Mumbai.
Team Marksmen’s comprehensive study and assessment of the industry informed this one-of-a-kind effort.
