The visit is being seen as a massive show of strength and solidarity, with elaborate preparations underway across multiple cities to welcome PM Modi with grandeur and patriotic fervor.

The Prime Minister will attend a program organized in three districts of Gandhinagar, Kutch and Dahod on May 26 and 27. After a public meeting on Mirjapar Road in Bhuj, Kutch, he will visit the Ashapura temple of Mata Madh. It is worth mentioning that a railway production unit has been built at a cost of Rs 20,000 crores at Dahod, in which the first locomotive engine of 9000 HP built will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister.

The rail factory built on the PPP model at Dahod will produce 1200 engines in 10 years and in the future they will be exported to the country and abroad. The locomotive engine made in Dahod will be manufactured on the lines of 100% Make in India in the near future. The specialty of this locomotive engine is that it has the capacity to carry 4600 tons of cargo. For the first time, AC and toilet have been installed in the engine for the driver. In the rail factory built at a cost of 20 thousand crores in Dahod, about 1200 locomotive engines are going to be manufactured in the next 10 years. Currently, 4 engines are being prepared in Dahod. Manufacturing by Dahod will be written on all these engines.

This project will directly and indirectly provide employment to 10,000 people in areas including Dahod and the local economy will also get a boost. In addition, the multinational company that emerged as the lowest bidder will have the opportunity to provide goods to small and large companies in the power sector and engineering sector for the needs of various items for the production of the Revay engine. It is worth mentioning that the average speed of the 9000 HP 6-axle electric engine will be 75 km. per hour. The engine will be maintained at Kharagpur in West Bengal, Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, Raipur in Chhattisgarh and Pune depot in Maharashtra.
