Surat (Gujarat) [India], September 30: NNM Group and Munish Forge Limited—a prominent player in the casting and forging industry with significant contributions to the defence sector and exports to markets including the UK and US—are extending a promising investment opportunity in Surat through the company’s forthcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The IPO anchor book opened on September 29, 2025, with applications for the general public available from September 30 to October 3, 2025. Shares are scheduled to be listed on October 8, 2025. A total of 77,00,400 shares will be issued in the price band of ₹91–₹96 per share, aiming to raise ₹73.92 crore.

Ltd., the promoter and market maker of Munish Forge Limited, encouraged the city’s investor community to participate in the IPO.
