Indore : Madhya Pradesh Governor Mangubhai Patel has praised the tireless dedication and serious efforts of renowned physician Dr. AK Dwivedi in his quest to provide sickle cell anaemia therapy to every resident of the state.

At a meeting at Bhopal’s Raj Bhavan, Governor Patel thanked Dr. Dwivedi for his extraordinary efforts to eradicate the illness in Madhya Pradesh.

Leading the struggle against sickle cell and other forms of anaemia, including aplastic anaemia, in the state of Madhya Pradesh is Dr. AK Dwivedi, a prominent homoeopathic physician affiliated with the highly regarded Advanced Homeo Health Centre and Homoeopathic Medical Research Private Limited in Indore. Tens of hundreds of patients in Bhopal have benefited from his work, and his efforts have also shone attention on the plight of many more who have not yet received treatment.

Hereditary blood illness sickle cell anaemia has been a major health issue in Madhya Pradesh, and the Indian government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi has pledged to eradicate the disease from the nation by 2047. In Shahdol district, Madhya Pradesh, the Prime Minister has just started the National Sickle Cell Anaemia Eradication Mission 2047 to achieve this lofty objective.

Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy (the AYUSH) are all branches of alternative medicine that the Prime Minister has emphasised throughout this campaign. Dr. AK Dwivedi also serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Central Council for Research in Health (CCRH) under the Ayush Department of the Government of India.

The pioneering efforts of Dr. Dwivedi in homoeopathy have highlighted the potential advantages of using homoeopathy as part of the overall approach to address sickle cell anaemia. Patients suffering from the illness have demonstrated significant improvement after receiving treatment with homoeopathy, which is recognised for its holistic approach and immune-boosting benefits.

Because of Dr. Dwivedi’s hard work and the improvements shown in his patients, Governor Mangubhai Patel has committed the AYUSH ministry to actively supporting the effort to eliminate sickle cell anaemia in the state. By working together, we can better guarantee that every impacted individual in Madhya Pradesh receives the help they need.

Dr. AK Dwivedi’s work in the global effort to eradicate sickle cell anaemia goes well beyond the confines of his Indore clinic. He often schedules no-cost homoeopathic clinics in the state’s metropolitan and rural locations. The sickle cell anaemia patients may be screened and diagnosed early on during these camps, allowing for prompt homoeopathic therapy. Dr. Dwivedi’s selfless actions have helped many people who would not have gotten medical attention otherwise.
