Mohsin Seth conferred National Pride Award

Surat | Gujarat — International powerlifting champion Mohsin Alimohammed Seth from Surat has been honoured with the “National Pride and Excellence Award 2026” for his outstanding contribution to sports and nation building. The award was presented at a special Republic Day programme organised by the Tretayug Foundation.

Mohsin, a gold medalist in international powerlifting championships, has brought recognition to India through his consistent achievements on the global stage. Alongside his sporting success, he is also known as a dynamic entrepreneur who actively promotes fitness and youth empowerment.

Organisers said the award acknowledges not only his excellence in powerlifting but also his role in inspiring young athletes to pursue discipline and dedication. “His journey reflects determination, hard work and patriotism. He has made the nation proud,” a representative of the foundation said during the ceremony.
