Come Uttarayan on Jan 14 and the Adalaj Pavilion will transform into a bright and festive setting for the Uttarayan Brunch, to mark Makar Sankranti and Gujarat’s iconic kite-flying tradition and its celebratory spirit. Patrons can indulge into the much-loved seasonal specialties namely Undhiyu, Jalebi, Lilva Kachori, Til Laddoo and Seeng Chikki, bringing together a melange of flavours that define the festive spirits.
