Academic Foundation with Direction

With a Bachelor of Technology in Petroleum Engineering from Glocal University, Habib began his career equipped with technical knowledge. He later strengthened his expertise in management through a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sikkim Professional University and an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Assam (Central) University.
He also completed a PGDM in New Venture Development and Management from Gauhati University, further aligning his learning with entrepreneurship and institutional growth.
To complement his formal education, he undertook professional training in Securities Market Overview (NISM under SEBI), Data Analytics (SEM), Tally ERP with GST, and Advanced Excel Computing.
This multidisciplinary academic path reflects preparation for leadership.

Contributing to Governance: Chief Minister Fellow

In December 2024, Habib was selected as a Chief Minister Fellow under the Government of Assam and posted at the District Industries and Commerce Centre (DICC), Silchar.
The fellowship functions under the Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Assam Abhiyan, a flagship initiative focused on encouraging entrepreneurship among educated youth, strengthening rural enterprises, and supporting district-level industrial development.
In this capacity, he works closely with district administration and government departments on enterprise development, policy implementation, and youth-driven economic initiatives.

Institutional Leadership with Long-Term Focus

Buraq Academy
 Established in February 2020, Buraq Academy was founded with the objective of expanding access to education and structured academic guidance.
The academy offers regular and distance education programmes including 10th and 12th (Arts, Science, Commerce), undergraduate courses such as BA, B.Com, and B.Voc, paramedical and healthcare education, online NEET coaching, MBBS admissions in foreign countries, and one-to-one academic counselling.
It is an academic partner of several UGC-recognised universities, including Sikkim Skill University, Dr. Preeti Global University, Glocal University, Sikkim Professional University, and North East Christian University.
The institution emphasises skill-based vocational training and educational support for economically weaker sections.

Barak Valley Nursing Institute
 As Chairman of Barak Valley Nursing Institute, Habib contributes to the development of professional nursing and healthcare education in southern Assam.
The institute focuses on diploma and degree programmes in nursing, healthcare skill development, and employment-oriented medical training.

Buraq Education Research and Development Foundation
 Serving as Director of Buraq Education Research and Development Foundation, he supports initiatives related to educational research, youth entrepreneurship mentoring, community development programmes, and policy-oriented academic initiatives.
