Mumbai : Growington Ventures India Limited, a BSE SME-listed company headquartered in Mumbai and founded by CA Vikram Bajaj, is in the fresh fruit distribution and import sector. The company is professionally managed, and its goal is to provide fresh fruits to the whole Indian subcontinent. These fruits are sourced from farms with partnerships in countries like Turkey, Vietnam, South Africa, Greece, Chile, etc.

The rising demand for exotic fruits like avocados, blueberries, and dragon fruits reflects the growing health consciousness and Westernised eating habits of the Indian middle class. The company has assembled an experienced and capable group of people to assist with procurement and distribution in and outside India.

In order to keep up with demand, the company intends to construct a new fruit and spice processing plant and lease more storage space in the vicinity of MIDC, Navi Mumbai. A FASSAI-approved spice processing machine is in the works, complete with an automated grinding, sorting, and packaging system. The powdered spices used in the products include turmeric, coriander, cumin, chilli powder, and others. The total amount of Rs. 1,000,000 will be invested, which includes the extra working capital. To serve customers on a nationwide scale, the company intends to establish its own distribution network, complete with a cold-chain system and a B2B and B2C e-commerce web. Its long-term goal is to become an integral component of the supply chains of major food distributors like Reliance, Big Basket, Godrej Fresh, More, Amazon, and others, selling its own branded fruits, spices, and powders.
In order to secure reliable supplies of fresh fruit, the firm has formed partnerships with suppliers in Vietnam and Turkey. In addition, the company hopes to establish a lasting partnership with a Vietnamese company via a Joint Venture. It has built up a reliable clientele in India, allowing it to provide the country’s wholesale markets, retail outlets, hotels, restaurant chains, and internet purveyors of fresh produce on a consistent basis.
Company has performed post covid and declared bonus shares (24:100) in March 2023. Our company is listed on BSE SME and Equity price has improved from Rs. 14 per shares in May 2022 to Rs. 106 per shares currently. This has given good returns to Investors with long term vision.
