Dr. Ravindra Patil Honoured with DHANVANTARI Award

Surat :  In a prestigious ceremony held at Samrudhdhi, Nanpura, Surat, Dr. Ravindra Patil, a distinguished figure in public service and healthcare, was honoured with the “DHANVANTARI – Priest of Humanity (Doctor)” award by Page 3 Magazine. The award recognises his extensive contributions to governance, healthcare, and social welfare.

Dr. Patil, who has served as the Dy. Mayor of Surat City and has held numerous leadership roles in public and social organisations, was recognised for his unwavering commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and good governance. His efforts in community engagement and development have had a lasting impact on the health and wellbeing of many.

The award ceremony, graced by Chief Guests  Vijay Mevawala, President, SGCCI,  Pragnesh Jagasheth, eminent CA,  Dr. Parulben Vadgama, highlighted Dr. Patil’s remarkable journey in public service. His leadership in various capacities, including his tenure as a Municipal Councillor, Chairman of the Health and Hospital Committees in Surat Municipal Corporation, and Member of the Central Vigilance Committee, were particularly lauded.

Over his career, Dr. Patil has been a stalwart advocate for healthcare accessibility, as reflected in his roles as President of the Kamal Smriti Charitable Trust and Region Chairman of Lions International, where he led significant initiatives in education and healthcare.
