Ahmedabad : Clear Premium Water, a market leader in the bottled water sector, has filed a First Information Report (FIR) with the appropriate authorities, alleging trademark infringement by the company ‘bi CLARE.’

This action is in reaction to the fraudulent use of the Clear Premium Water name by other companies, which has seriously harmed the reputation of Clear Premium Water.

Nayan Shah, CEO & Founder of Clear Premium Water, has taken to the public stage to dispel false rumours and facts about the company. The claims that Shah’s brother also owns a company called Clear and that he is involved in a legal fight with Clear Premium Water over a subsidiary brand called Clear are absolutely baseless.

Mr. Shah has declared unequivocally that there is no connection between Clear Premium Water and any other brands.

“Clear Premium Water is committed to protecting the interests of its loyal consumers and stakeholders by taking strong action against any copying brands that damage the authenticity and quality it promotes. According to Shah, “the FIR filed against ‘bi CLARE’ is part of the firm’s ongoing effort to protect its brand’s association with high standards of integrity and professionalism in the marketplace.

The general public is reminded to proceed with care while making purchases. “Only products with the official Clear Premium Water branding can guarantee genuine quality and adherence to the highest standards of purity,” Shah continues, “and this is something we stress at Clear Premium Water.”

By taking a stand against trademark infringement, Clear Premium Water hopes to warn the public about the dangers of consuming counterfeit goods and keep its customers safe. The company’s goals are to be an industry leader by its activities and to continue to earn the respect of its customers and other stakeholders.
