Ahmedabad : Clear Premium Water, a market leader in the bottled water sector, has filed a First Information Report (FIR) with the appropriate authorities, alleging trademark infringement by the company ‘bi CLARE.’

This action is in reaction to the fraudulent use of the Clear Premium Water name by other companies, which has seriously harmed the reputation of Clear Premium Water.

The claims that Shah’s brother also owns a company called Clear and that he is involved in a legal fight with Clear Premium Water over a subsidiary brand called Clear are absolutely baseless.

Mr. Shah has declared unequivocally that there is no connection between Clear Premium Water and any other brands.
