SURAT: Surat’s legal talent is gaining international recognition, with city-based Advocate Neha Singapuri (Gandhi) being approached by Argentina-based Mayer & Associates IP for professional collaboration in intellectual property and international business law.
Singapuri, who specialises in international trade and business law, holds an MBA, M.Phil. (Law) and LLM in International Business Law from National Law University, Jodhpur. Her academic profile includes two published books and more than 15 research papers presented or published at national and international forums.
The Argentine firm, which has more than 25 years of experience in intellectual property, handles trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright, enforcement, opposition matters and IP portfolio management.
The proposed association is expected to explore opportunities involving intellectual property, international trade, India-Argentina legal matters, client referrals and future professional engagements.
Singapuri said the approach reflects the growing relevance of specialised legal expertise in an increasingly interconnected global business environment.
The development is also being seen as a recognition of Surat’s emerging legal talent, with her academic qualifications and research work opening avenues for stronger professional links between India and Argentina.
